Our mission, vision, governance model, accreditations, and academic collaborations
Welcome to Fakih IVF Medical Education
To develop competent, compassionate, and socially responsible healthcare professionals through high-quality, evidence-based medical education and hands-on clinical training within a dynamic healthcare environment.
At Fakih IVF, we are committed to shaping the next generation of reproductive healthcare professionals through a unique blend of evidence-based medicine and hands-on clinical training.
Our Medical Education Program equips trainees with the skills, knowledge, and professional values needed to excel in the field of reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technology (ART), while working across diverse patient populations.
As a regional pioneer, Fakih IVF is among the first in the GCC to offer structured training programs in reproductive medicine, recognized by the Department of Health (DOH).
We develop academic clinicians. Our programmes bridge the gap between clinical service provision and true subspecialty training by combining:
"We aim to create a regional academic home for ART clinicians and embryologists, aligned with international standards, regulatory oversight, and continuous quality improvement."
Bringing structure, governance, and academic rigour to IVF subspecialty training in the region.
Tackling global and regional shortages of trained ART professionals through structured, high-quality education.
Ensuring that governance, ethics, and patient safety are at the core of every training pathway.
Cultivating research-active clinical practice as a standard across all our programs and trainees.
This ensures graduates are not only skilled but safe, reflective, and academically credible.
The academy was established to address a critical gap: while IVF services have grown rapidly across the GCC, structured, formally accredited training pathways have lagged behind. Fakih IVF Medical Education fills that gap — offering programs from undergraduate observation to advanced fellowship level.
