The Observership Training Program at Fakih IVF is designed for undergraduate students seeking exposure to reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technology (ART). It provides a structured opportunity to observe clinical practice within a leading fertility care environment.

Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements
- Aged 18 years and above
- University student enrolled in an accredited Health Profession Institution (Medical School / Nursing School / Allied Health)
- Interest in the Reproductive Medicine specialty
- Must submit a Permission Letter from the applicant's Medical School (format provided by FIVF Group's Medical Education Department)

Application Process

Program Delivery
The Observership Training Program is delivered through a structured combination of clinical shadowing, multidisciplinary exposure, and guided academic learning. Trainees gain insight into reproductive medicine practice through direct observation and regular engagement with faculty-led educational activities.
