The Return to Practice Training (RBPT) Program in Reproductive Medicine at Fakih IVF is a structured, competency-based program designed to support healthcare professionals re-entering clinical practice. The program provides a guided pathway to rebuild clinical confidence, update knowledge, and strengthen practical skills in reproductive medicine and ART.
The program combines supervised clinical exposure with structured academic learning, including clinics, laboratory experience, operating theatre observation, and multidisciplinary teaching sessions. Training is tailored to each participant's prior experience to ensure appropriate skill development and progression.

Eligibility Criteria
The following criteria apply in accordance with DOH requirements:
- Specialist doctors (foreign licensed) with an interruption of clinical practice exceeding 2 years, seeking UAE licensing
- Specialist doctors (inactive DOH licensed) with an interruption exceeding 2 years, seeking reactivation
- Healthcare professionals โ Nursing and Embryologists (foreign licensed) with clinical practice gap exceeding 2 years
- Healthcare professionals โ Nursing and Embryologists (inactive DOH licensed) with gap exceeding 2 years

| Training Registration | Once notified of training requirement, search for specialty and select Fakih IVF as training facility. Initiate training registration application via the National Trainee Manual. |

The RBPT Program uses a structured, continuous assessment system to monitor progress, support learning, and ensure clinical competence in reproductive medicine.
Trainees are evaluated through ongoing faculty feedback, clinical performance observation, and structured end-of-rotation assessments. Assessment is designed to:
